We want you (and your dog) to love your seatbelt. If something isn’t right, returns are easy and worry-free.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back. Just email us at info@pinewoodleather.com with your order number, and we’ll get you set up.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we send the wrong one — we’ll cover the return shipping (and fix it fast).

If you simply change your mind, just send it back in unused condition within 30 days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to order the one you want and send the other back for a refund.

Refunds
As soon as your return arrives, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a few extra days, but if 15 business days go by without your refund, email us and we’ll jump on it.
