Small/Medium (S/M): Adjustable between 19" and 21.5", best suited for dogs up to 40 lbs.
Large: Tailored for larger dogs weighing 40 to 70 lbs. This size features a fixed length of 23" from the seatbelt buckle to the attachment point to maintain durability and support. The design remains unchanged — only the size is limited for strength and longevity.
Or, simply measure from the top of your vehicle’s seatbelt buckle slot to the ring on your pet’s harness using a string or tape measure.

Call me strange, but for years I've been looking for the right solution to keep my english setter safe in the back seat. We have a rear leather bench seat that is slippery (and sensitive to claws).
